Parent Support and Information
At Perivale Primary School we understand how important it is that schools work in partnership with parents; from a child’s first days at school right through to when they leave. We are a team and by working together we can have a really positive impact on your child’s learning and their well-being.
We run regular parent workshops and fairs to share information about; the curriculum, all aspects of safeguarding, raising aspirations, family and pupil well- being, health, Reading Cafés for EYFS, assessment, trips and lots more.
Perivale Parent Forum has a membership of 8 parents from across the school, chaired by our Parent Support Advisor. This is a constructive tool through which the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team can consult with parents. The Forum meets on a half termly basis. The Forum also runs an International Fair each year and second-hand uniform sales.
We offer support and information to families when their circumstances change or a pupil has additional needs. We can also signpost or refer families to other agencies or groups who can offer advice, support and information. We keep families informed of useful events and workshops happening outside school.
Ms Vaux is our Parent Support Advisor and is here to help and support our families. You can contact Ms Vaux via the school office on 020 8997 0619.
